お知らせ

プロジェクトの目的

Neuro-LLM は、大規模神経活動データ大規模シミュレーション大規模言語モデルを融合し、脳情報処理の新原理を探る共同研究チームです。 広視野2光子カルシウムイメージング(10万ニューロン)やマルチモーダル行動計測といった “ビッグブレインデータ” を、LLM の表現空間へ写像・生成・解釈することで、Transformer型デジタル脳を構築し、 脳が持つ汎化力・柔軟性と言語処理の原理の解明を目指します。

Diesel2pメゾスコープと行動トラッキングで脳-身体の時空間ビッグデータを取得し、Transformer型デジタル脳を構築(代表:平)

内部機序・言語理論班

神経活動生成Transformer、Mamba等SSM、Attention Flow解析等によるLLMとTransformer型デジタル脳の内部機序解明(代表:乾)

大規模シミュレーション班

富岳による大規模シミュレーション、データ同化、コード自動生成による大規模計算科学の基盤技術の整備とスパイキングデジタル脳の構築(代表:五十嵐)
